Move Over Sandy, The King keeps his promise with Jimmy Kimmel

Howard Stern literally braved both hell and high water to appear on Tuesday night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" from Brooklyn taping in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Stern, who is a close personal friend of Kimmel, opened his appearance in classic style by insulting Jimmy, his parents, his cousins, his band, the ABC television network and David Letterman. Kimmel is scheduled to interview the late night icon Wednesday night, and Stern stated on his satellite radio broadcast this week that Kimmel has been beside himself making preparations to interview Letterman--his "idol". Stern advised Kimmel to avoid gushing tributes and use his interview time to focus on what everyone really wants to hear about--his sexual exploits with all of those "Late Show" interns.

Among Tuesday night's late night other revelations was Howard Stern's admission that he and his wife Beth were disappointed to find out they hadn't been included in Kimmel's wedding party. Stern also gave a shout out to Howard Stern Show Wack Packer and ultimate superfan Mariann from Brooklyn.
