Beyonce Pulls Out of Clint Eastwood's Latest Film Due to Scheduling

I wonder what Jay-Z would say if Clint was pulling out of Beyonce's work?

Citing her busy schedule, Beyoncé is dropping out of the lead role in Clint Eastwood’s remake of “A Star Is Born,” Variety reported.

"I was looking forward to the production of 'A Star Is Born' and the opportunity to work with Clint Eastwood," Beyoncé said in a statement to E! News.

"For months we tried to coordinate our schedules to bring this remake to life but it was just not possible. Hopefully in the future we will get a chance to work together."

At the very least, now the 31-year-old singer-actress won't have to talk politics with her director. Eastwood, a noted Republican, famously talked to a chair at the GOP's National Convention in August and Beyonce and husband Jay-Z recently hosted a fund-raiser for President Obama.

Beyonce was handpicked to star in the role of a rising young performer. But her pregnancy last year pushed back production.
