The King Returns for Season II - Howard Stern will return to America's Got Talent!

Howard Stern will make another go-around as a judge on NBC's "America's Got Talent."

The vocal shock jock took to the judge's chair in 2012 and helped the Peacock's reality staple remain No. 1 in summer, but the ratings didn't grow as some might have expected.
The Tuesday edition of "Talent" averaged a 3.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 11.7 million viewers overall, according to Nielsen.
"Howard Stern's presence and opinions on last season's show as a new judge made a dramatic impact and added a sharper edge to the fascinating developments onstage," said NBC's alternative topper Paul Telegdy.
Auditions for next summer's season are under way in several cities across the country.
"America's Got Talent" is produced by FremantleMedia North America and Syco Television. Simon Cowell, Jason Raff, Sam Donnelly and Trish Kinane are exec producers.
